Discovery channel special called Death caught on tape?

Does anyone remember seeing a special on the Discovery channel called
(pretty sure that's what it was called) Death caught on tape?
It was about a sea monster and the death of a lady.
It aired about a year ago.

I am looking to find out where I could watch it.
