What is this movie? Driving me crazy...?

Okay.. so the basic plot is that some big buff actor (Not the Rock I
don't think, but somebody like him) who is a black ops agent (or
something like that) is assigned to protect some sort of information,
and the house who has this information is full of kids. So he becomes
like a babysitter. I know one scene has him trying to get the kids to
school and he drives a minivan like a madman and gets there just in
time, and one of the kids gets out screaming "LAND! DRY LAND!" and is
really relieved to be alive. The father sang nursery rhymes to the
kids when they were younger, and it's the...something dance. Anyway,
that rhyme is used at the end of the movie as code of how to access
the protected information.. it's actually instructions of how to get
past all these traps down a hallway to retrieve the data. I think at
the end, the Asian neighbors hold the family at gunpoint to get the
data.

I know this is a really scattered way of asking, but can anybody piece
together my nonsense and tell me what movie I'm thinking about? It's
absolutely driving me nuts. Thank you, yahoo community!

And for the record, I don't think it's Spy Next Door with Jackie Chan.
